Nielsen Dental PC

This was my first time to this dentist. The front staff was amazing (talking to you, Tammy!) and she really helped me get it at the earliest appointment (they’re booked 6+ months out for cleaning, so this is your sign to call now!) luckily, they called me when someone else canceled so I got in earlier—score! My hygienist Alex, was absolutely spectacular. She was so friendly, kind, and let me know every step she was doing so I wasn’t confused or scared. Highly recommend this place. And also bonus points: the dentist said my teeth are very nice. It was such a simple thing to say but it made my day. Thanks again Alex! See you in 10 months :) Oh almost forgot! They gave me a little goodie bag too. Made it feel extra special!

Go anywhere else!! They don’t provide emergency visits or care! You can only miss two appts lifetime even if your sick! Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HELENA! Front end staff is mean hearted, condescending towards people on Medicaid because “it doesn’t pay as well as insurance” unquote! Seriously if you have another option, you even rusty pliers are better than here!!

Dr. Mui, totally helped me overcome my fears and hesitations when it comes to dental work. She is a master when it comes to putting patients at ease and treats everyone around her with dignity and respect (as do the rest of the staff). She is warm, friendly, and has always listened to my concerns with her full attention. I truly appreciate her sense of humor and ability to connect on a personal level while still remaining very professional. Plus, she's super-efficient and has always done a wonderful job with whatever work I've needed done! Highly recommend!

All of the staff at Nielsen Dental are outstanding. They care for their patients & do a great job. In my opinion, they're exceptionally knowledgeable & compassionate. However, I've dealt with Dr. Mui the most. I'm 44 and have never had such a caring Dentist. I strongly recommend both her & this clinic, in general.

I would like to return to Nielsen dental someday, after I graduate college and have better insurance, higher income. The dentist developed a dental plan for me that would save my smile. Unfortunately, my Medicaid budget was used up in two visits. Like the office staff said, that was my fault because I should have been monitoring my Medicaid (life lesson learned!) when I got the call that my Medicaid was depleted for the year, and would not be restored for ten months, I was absolutely not expecting that. I did not qualify for financial aid at Nielson as a low income college student. So the cavities sat and festered for 10 months and unfortunately my smile is ruined (they're right in the front!)
