First they charged me as a new patient as if I'd never been there. Yes it had been 4 years but the had all my records. I saw the same people for the exam only a new PA. They charged me 302.30. I payed that day. Then 4 months later got a bill all jacked up. Saying I owed them 263. 28. Didn't show what I paid. FYI the advertising said new or returning patent you know belong to this practice. This is wrong. I will not be going back!!!

I have been dropped by this eye care facility because they won't accept my insurance anymore after my insurance paid them for thousands of dollars of services surgeries and glasses this is not in my opinion a fair way to treat their patients therefore I have to give them a very poor rating. This is totally unacceptable to treat their patients that way.

Wow! The receptionist turned my visit down! I’m sure the Doctors are not aware of the receptionist turning away business. I guess I’ll look for another optometrist.
