I went to see Nicole for severe elbow tendinitis and significant hip pain which was derailing my ability to do the things I love, Golf and biking. Nicole performed a thorough assessment, and thoroughly explained my issues and gave treatments and a workout regimen to perform on my own. She is incredibly knowledgeable and explains issues in great detail to allow the patient to better understand how to care for themselves long term. Nicole has an extremely pleasant and positive personality and is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone who wants to alleviate pain and get their life back to normal.

Nicole is an AMAZING healer. She's uses a variety of techniques custom to her clients situation. As an ex-athlete, I personally have a ton of nagging injuries. I have made it a priority to see Nicole at least once a week. She has gotten me feeling better than ever, allowing me to enjoy an athletic lifestyle - injury free. I started seeing Nicole in June of 2021 to prepare for a 2-level lumbar spine disc replacement surgery. After surgery, Nicole helped me with postoperative rehabilitation. I now see her periodically for maintenance and the occasional Reformer session to help manage the aches and pains that go with an active and adventurous life. Before I met Nicole I was always searching for the right person to help me stay moving and in the game, i.e. masseuses, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and personal trainers. Now Nicole is my only go-to for all things related to body mechanics. She continues to coach me toward my goals of feeling mobile, strong, and pain-free so I can be active with my children, and play tennis, golf, and surf.

Nicole is so thorough and thoughtful in her treatment. I used to live with unnecessary pain, and after one visit with her I realized that I don't have to! Now when something feels a bit off, I go straight to Nicole and she works her magic. She is also so great at setting you up with a plan to get stronger and less prone to future injury!
