I have been thinking, not enough praise for the people that are surrounded by sickness or potentially hazardous conditions. I want to personally thank Alexa 😊 Ramos my PA for not giving up on me because of my fears about the medical process due to my mental issues. The beautiful Souls in the front office that put up with not only the chaotic or unreasonable patients, but also are extremely efficient THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS AND UNDERSTANDING OF NOT ONLY MYSELF BUT OTHERS. Dr. Nicknam was extremely respectful and helpful throughout my visit. He took the time to ensure I fully understood everything on the paperwork and made sure to explain everything clearly. He also checked in to see if I had any questions or concerns, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I really appreciated his thoroughness and professionalism.

Always responsive to our requests. His staff is very persistent with dealing with insurance company, jumping through hoops to get the authorization.

Dr. Nickman and his wonderful staff had treated me warmth ad care. It doesn't matter how busy their office. Is they make sure to spend the time you need, never hurring me or rushing me. The providers all have the best bedside manner. Every referral every issue I have they providers gave me the absolute best care. I will recommend this office to anyone and everyone. I love the convince of being close to home. I am so happy to have found them.
