I had an excellent outpatient experience with Nurse Amanda Hernandez. She was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive throughout my son’s visit. Amanda took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable and with the care for my son. Her compassion and expertise truly stood out. I’m very grateful for her exceptional care and highly recommend her!!

I went in with my son because he wasn’t feeling well. He was diagnosed with the flu the staff made sure both he and I werw comfortable during his testing and answered all questions. The bedside manner was immaculate!They’re the absolute best

I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter and received excellent service. The staff provided all the information I needed and made the appointment while taking my daughter’s specific needs into account. I truly appreciate their kindness.

The care from the nurses and doctors is excellent. The only thing that’s a bit annoying is that when the appointment is over and we’re ready to go home, we can’t just walk out to our car and leave. Now they’ve added a process where we have to sign a kind of medical discharge form, and we have to wait again in the waiting room to give that signature. If we walk out and the receptionists are busy helping new patients who just arrived, we have to wait for them to finish so they have a moment to take our signatures. Honestly, I think it wastes a lot of time when you’re done there and just want to go home. So having to give that signature right when you’re trying to leave is super frustrating, because we just want to go and not sit in the waiting room again. 😮‍💨

The best help we received! Our nurse Amanda Hernandez was such a sweetheart to our son. The doctor was super sweet as well. If we ever have to return to urgent care I hope to have the same care team we had that day.
