Overall, the annual wellness visit was good. That's about as high as I can go. Dr. Ford was attentive and concerned, although she didn't cover all the issues that I brought up. She's easy and comfortable to talk with, and unlike most doctors, she didn't seem hurried. GOOD DOC!

I was extremely impressed with the kindness shown to me by all of the staff at the clinic. I was a new patient of Dr. Ford on this visit. She addressed my diabetes on this visit, as it was getting worse. She definitely knows what she is doing! She changed my medications and what a positive result! Dr. Ford also sent me to lab for a very comprehensive one at the end of our visit. I have had VA Health Care for decades, but Dr. Ford is now my Primary Care Physician. Just book an appointment as you will not regret it! Thank you so very much Doctor Ford.

Dr. Ford is very nice and takes the time to ask questions and allows you to ask also. She doesn't make you feel rushed.

Only gave one star because I couldn’t give her zero stars! Didn’t run any tests whatsoever or want to look at the issues I had just sat in her chair clicked around and gave me a diagnosis with no further proof other than my word of mouth. Do not waste your time she doesn’t even do the standard of what she’s supposed to do.
