Update: This administator and workers will tell you nothing but lies. It’s bedridden patients are sometimes skipped for meals. Today is thanksgiving and they never gave her a lunch until someone finally answered the buzzer. They then gave her a pbj, but after contacting head nurse she went and got her some of what was left 2.5 hrs later. I reached out to the administrator and all he said was he passed it to dept heads to review. Aides ignore the buzzers and she sat in a wet bed for well over an hour until I went and got someone. If you complain and advocate for your loved ones, they tell the patients/residents to not contact you. She went in with a fractured ankled and they waited over 5 months to take her to the doctor who tells her it healed wrong and needs to be rebroken. She has declin

they dropped my mom on the day she was going to sign herself out and sometimes left her in bed with the same dirty sheets and sometimes didn’t bathe her or clean her wounds some of the morning staff was nice to her

I'm tired of being told who I can not visit ever time I visit my dad I'm told to hangout with him then come down for coffee and other stuff I want to say thank you to Lisa who works on the third floor and Shannon and everyone who helps my dad and Misha too and everyone else thank you

The two i was most impressed with in the care of my sister were her aides, Jessica and Chandler from the third floor. She didn't have Jessica as often as i would of liked but when she did she took excellent care of her. She is a very caring person who you can tell she loves her job. Chandler was excellent also, she always greeted us with a smile and was always willing to do what she needed to do for my sister. She was very caring and always took the time to listen to you.
