Niagara Falls Urgent Care - SOM Medical

I’ve always been provided really good and fast care whenever I come here. Was running late in my day and they were able to accommodate me and get me in as soon as possible. In general all the staff I have encountered there have always been super nice and super willing to help. Would definitely recommend!

Stopped in for the Urgent Care services on 12/30. Was informed by the nice front desk woman that they only had 1 doctor and they weren't doing Urgent Care services that day. Being from out of state, my only other option was the hospital and we all know how long that takes. Definitely was not happy after driving across the border (injury happened in Canada) and then not being able to be seen at a place faster than an emergency room.

Hmmmmm where do I start, I have been a patient of this practice for over 10 years and I recommend NO one go here, I see psychiatrist and primary, After years of seeing Corrina Donner I was dismissed as a patient, reason no one can tell me.. I was diagnosed by CORRINA DONNOR with bi-polar, adhd, mood disorders, PTSD, insomnia and manic, I was put on multiple medications, for a reason unknown she dropped me as a patient and I was givin to Jenna Carroll, she took over my meds and psych care, she changed some meds on me, why I don’t know because I was actually feeling good, so why change something if it works, so then I get a letter in the mail saying they are dropping me from psychiatrist care, about 4 months ago without reason, Corrina. DONNOR prescribed me all my medication including 3 con

Dr Som welcomed me warmly the first day and introduced me to the professionals at his practice. Mr Preshant, Veronica and all are very polite caring. They go extra miles to make sure patients are taken care of. I really wish them a continued sucess!

The office has made some changes lately that seem to be for the better. The staff was pleasant and helpful and due to some personnel changes I saw a new doctor today. I did like him just fine but I felt like the visit took a little longer than it should have all together. Partly because of the pre check-in that they send to my phone didn't go through, so I had to fill out all the paperwork when I got there. This is not the first time that's happened either. So overall the experience was better than past experiences. Which is good because I've really been considering leaving the office due to issues in the past.
