My grandfather was taken here for rehab after being in the hospital for over a week. During his time there things got much worse and he is currently in the ER. They ignored my family and said that he was fine and refused to belive that he was not. If you have loved ones that you care about and want the best for DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!

My brother , Michael is a resident there and he is very happy and well took care of. And hands down the best activity coordinator they're always having so much fun!

My mother was there only 4 days for cardio rehab and she was not treated very well, lack of people working , attitude with ones who were, no explanations as to why she fell in shower with someone in there with her, said it was a medical emergency, ambulance was called she was transported to Maury regional, they found no medical issues, she had a huge bruise from the fall which ultimately probably caused her death from a potential blood clot 5-6 days later. If you can't monitor your loved ones care 24/7 better not leave them there.

My brother is a resident at NHC in Columbia. He has been blessed to have Wendy as an Aide assisting him. She is doing a remarkable job with my brother who has Parkinson’s Disease. I hope she continues to work with him and I also hope that she can advance her career to grow in responsibility. My father has been a resident of NHC HealthCare of Columbia for over a week since his recent transfer from a sister Rehab Community in Franklin. What stands out the most to me is the attentiveness of the care staff members assigned to my father's shared room. On his very first day as we were moving him into this location, we were met by his attending nurse on duty --- she had already read through my father's extensive health history and Plan of Care created by the transferring community -- she was already up to speed on many of the health issues that dad deals with daily and presented herself as someone who cares about her residents and wants families to know she is open to conversation about his continuing care moving forward.
