Wonderful people!! Dr. Todd Hendrix and Lorie are the absolute best! They have helped my 94yr old mother for 2 years now… she can’t always get into the office, but without fail they have continued to help meet all of her hearing needs. We’ve never had a charge for any service! The customer service at Beltone is outstanding, and the kindness, consideration and love for an older person is unparalleled. We’d never go anywhere else but Beltone in Columbia!

Both hearing aids quit working Wednesday night and then Thursday afternoon. I was able to get in on Monday morning and both hearing aids we’re cleaned and working on a matter of minutes.
