Today my wife and I went to the Dr. Nguyen office to check up , everything was good dr. An she is very nice and helpful. However I want to use the restroom I ask for the code at the door to unlock; the reception (the lady maybe she is the owner or not sure?) she say can’t use because I’m not the patient but (I came with my wife ) to check up and I have a same group insurance but she still say no can not use. I was surprised and disappointed about it because we use her office to be our family dr. But she say no for me to use the restroom. So I have to hold and drive and go somewhere else! I might not go back to them because of her treat the customer :( sad :(

She is very patient and listen to your issues without making any comments. If you have been there before she will check what tests were recommended and she will go over them so you can under your progress. I am 73 years old with diabetes and other issues. With her recommendation about medication and diet I have been able to control my diabetes. Every specialist she recommended were the top tier in their field. Once she gets reports from specialists she will go over them patients and see if any changes need to made. I have been a patient of Dr. Uy Nguyen since at least 2006/2007. I first met him when he was taking care of my father in 2003. He took great care of him. He was compassionate, accommandating, caring and understanding of father's needs, especially during the last few weeks of his life. My family and I were impressed and touched. Years later when I moved to Virginia, I sought him out to be my physician. He continues to demonstrate his excellent care, compassionate, accommondating, patient first/focused approach/philosophy all these years.
