My review is more for whoever sets his appointments. Called last week to schedule for this Monday, was put on hold for a long time. Scheduled for 9:30am, day of I get a call an hour before to reschedule. Unfortunately I couldn’t do the same day due to work so I chose 9:30am today just for me to show up in the office and was told that they haven’t seen him in a few days due to being sick. Now I have to work around my schedule again to see when will be the next time I have availability to take my 8 year old elsewhere.
Wonderful caring practitioner. Couldn’t recommend him more highly.
Awful experience. Total incompetence. Dr. Pham dilated my eyes BEFORE conducting the eyesight exam for prescription glasses. Everything was blurry.
Always fit the best conact lenses for me.
