speaking as a patient, but also speaking as a doctor myself, Dr. Ng is excellent. Extremely knowledgeable, he takes plenty of time to explain options and recommendations. He is up-to-date with all the latest advancements in eye care, including potential surgery options. If you need an ophthalmologist, he is well connected with local ophthalmology groups, and able to help set you up with the care you need. His office is run very efficiently and his staff is great. I would recommend him to anyone.

I've had glasses since age 6 & have been to many optometrists over the years. Dr. Ng is the best of the best! Compassionate, kind, & efficient. So happy to have found Ng Eyecare!

Extremely good Drs and Staff ! Always honest and helpful always,great care. Dr Eng has been a great Eye Dr for a long time here in Santa Maria and Dr Chris is equally amazing! He works so well with kids who's been seeing him for a few years now. It makes a big difference when the ppl care and are fam oriented. Also they will help you get the better price for your budget ! Which is always a plus when you truly need it. Thank you for your outstanding care ! We so appreciate it and wouldn't change my son's care for anything!

I was recommended to this eye center and the office staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. They made me feel uncomfortable and after being there for five minutes I just left and will never go back. Its unfortunate as I have seen this doctor when he was at another location and was informed by the other location that he was no longer there but sent me to NG &NG. Very poor customer and very unwelcoming.

The Dr. is great and knowledgeable. Unfortunately as of late the office staff has been getting very snippy. I walk out their door feeling like I am the inconvenience to their day. This is for the upstairs eye doctor.
