NextCare Urgent Care Woodbridge

a year ago i had very bad problems. after battling with them to send out the prescription they had prescribed me, (which had severe side effects that impacted me and my ability to workwhich i was not warned about after mid sentence deciding i "would be fine") and many tears because of the fact i could not get relief because someone cant do their job and send out the prescriptions i thought the ordeal was over fast forward to today, for some reason they didnt want to run everything through my current insurance, leaving me with a nasty bill . they also didnt send out a bill to the right address, instead i got an email saying my debt (which i shouldnt have had) was going to b sent to collections if not paid by a due date, they sent that out on the 26th and the bill was due the day before on

I highly recommend this urgent care facility! The nurses here are incredibly personable and provide outstanding customer service with a great attitude. The cleanliness of the facility is top-notch, making it feel safe and comfortable for everyone. The location is especially charming during the summer, with a small grassy patio area perfect for relaxing while you wait. Despite having other urgent care facilities closer to me, I gladly drive an extra 6 miles to come here because the quality of care and experience is unmatched.

My experience was excellent as always. The nurse was especially helpful and supportive. I was in a lot of pain and she expressed a lot of empathy. That meant a lot!

The folks that work there are super. All very professional and caring and just good people. From the receptionist the nurse and the Doctor all excellent. It is now my place of choice for urgent care.

I visited this facility on the morning of December 23. The staff warmly welcomed me and they quickly found my name in their system. I only had to wait a short time and they took me back for the prolimanaries prior to me seeing the doctor. I gave a urine sample and they quickly found out that I had a UTI. The doctor saw me and sent in a prescription for me at my local pharmacy. I would recommend this Urgent Care to anyone. The staff were friendly and helpful.
