The wait time was okay. Front desk was polite. The assistant taking vitals and the xray technician were great. I took my 2 year old in for an Xray of her hand and the guy who came in to check her out didn't even seem like he worked there. Asking questions like “well what do you want me to do about it?” “Your guess is just as good as mine”. “Probably won’t be able to get an xray because she isn’t going to sit still long enough” in which I had to tell him well we’re going to try. And she sat just fine btw. Able to get all her scans. He said they have a splint for her finger, would she let him put it on her? I told him I’m not sure. But she’ll definitely let me slip it on. To which he said “she’s not getting one”. I could’ve easily slipped it on her finger. And he most definitely could have

Wow! What a great experience! In the midst of a multi month camping trip I noticed the signs of a common illness that always requires a basic medication. Knowing nobody in the Tucson area I couldn't ask for a recommendation so I just let Google provide options. So glad I happened upon this NextCare Urgent Care clinic. From the helpful Maria at the front desk to the triage nurse to Dr. Jennifer everyone was marvelous. I was able to continue my trip and was feeling so much better by the next day

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. Before my visit, I called, and the person who answered was kind and helpful. During my appointment, PA Jaquinto was kind, caring, and took the time to address all of my concerns. At checkout, the front desk staff was knowledgeable and polite. The team made me feel valued and well taken care of.

I came to this urgent care on Wednesday with a severe migraine. The front-desk staff and nurses were very friendly and kind, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the main provider, Ashley Muse, the FNP, was very disappointing. When she told me she was giving me a “high dose of ibuprofen,” she never mentioned that it was going to be an injection. I am afraid of needles, especially when I’m already sick, and because I was dizzy, nauseated, and struggling to think clearly, I asked the nurse to let me speak with her again for clarification. When I asked why I was being given an injection instead of a pill, Ms. Muse looked at me as though I was stupid, rather than recognizing that I was in extreme pain and simply needed clear communication. I walked in wanting to be seen because I was experiencing ear pain, sore throat and headache.  Receptionist told me she had a cancellation so got to go ahead and scan QR code to begin check in process.  As I was doing that she collected my copay.  I waited maybe 5 minutes before I was taken back for triage and put in a room.  It was then when visit went south.  I waited in that room over an hour without anyone coming into the room so I peaked out and a a provider asked what I needed.  Explained to him that I had been waiting for awhile and no one had been in.  He asked for my name found me in system and stated that they were waiting on strep throat results which I know only takes about 5 minutes.  Another gentleman sitting across from started he would get it.  That gentleman then came into
