NextCare Urgent Care Tucson - N. Silverbell Road

Was sent by my pain doctor because he thinks I have a blood clot. Came to this location was told they don’t do ultrasounds. Every doctor has been helpful for me every time. When I get the short blonde lady she always seems quick to diagnose or tells me she can’t help me to go to the hospital. I came here because when I called they said they do ultrasounds. I have had a lump on my leg for over two weeks… she says she sees no lump. Please stay far away!! It’s a Saturday evening, I didn’t even ask her name because she dismissed me so quick.

Made this appointment online. Easy and seamless process; was even able to complete the pre appointment paperwork in advance. The location is easy to find, parking is convenient. The staff were polite and professional. Waiting area was clean, and spacious so everyone's germs don't intermingle! Hope to not need to go again, but would DEFINITELY go there if need be and would recommend it without hesitation.

Was attacked by a dog. Came in for possible stiches, cleaning, maybe a checkup. 1st I was charged 50$ copay before anyone would see me. Only after paying and doing 20 mins of online paperwork through an app would I even get on the wait list- while bleeding in the waiting room. After paying, paperwork, waiting, I was finally seen. Dried blood was wiped off with some soapy water then given a bandaid and neosporin on 2 wounds and a closure strip on the deep one. This was after 50$ and about an hour of waiting. I should have simply stayed home and got the exact same treatment in 5 mins and 2$ of materials. This is a for-profit center 1st and foremost, it would have been nice to be seen 1st and simply told as a human being there would be no actual treatment. Recommend anyone to simply Google sy

The cleanliness of this place was not up to date, the floors were filthy. Waited over an hour for an appointment made online. $$$expensive

I got online and I booked an appointment for 11:20. I got there at 11:00 to check in. The person at the desk was not paying attention to anyone. They were playing on their phone. I checked in and it said I had one person ahead of me. I sat waiting for 30 minutes, and then I went up front and asked where I was in line and they said I was next. About 10 minutes later they took me back to take my vitals. I went back out, waited another 20 minutes and they took me back into a room to say that there was one person ahead of me. During this time they took about four people back ahead of me when I checked in and they said that there was only one person ahead of me. I left when they took me back to the room and said that it was going to be another 30 minutes. At that time point I had been there
