Had it not been so quick and easy to get a Sunday appointment at a place with an x-ray and tech, my toes would still be Duct Taped together and possibly damaged. I'm grateful to Next Care on 22nd. Great place! Everyone was super nice and the place is clean and spacious. It was easy to make an appointment online and I was seen soon after arrival. What I thought was a dislocated toe was shown to be broken in two places and needs surgery. I was given a boot, a copy of the x-rays, a referral and sent on my way. Glad I went there.
Today was my first time using the 22nd St and Craycroft NexCare location. Booked online, arrived 15 minutes early and was seen before appointment time. All staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend NexCare. I’ve been seen at the Old Spanish Trail location several times. Comparing Nexcare for 20-50 minutes vs hours at the ER is an easy choice. All the doctors, nurses and reception staff have been wonderful.
My daughter is not feeling well so I booked an appointment for 12:00 arrived early like I was told to checked in ive been waiting over an hour to be seen when I asked the front desk why the long wait she got an attitude and told me I would be waiting another hour. I’m just confused as to what is taking so long when on the app it said one person before me and the employees are sitting around joking laughing with sick patients waiting over hours to be seen. Not to mention the lady at the front desk wiped the door and handles downs and used the same wipe to wipe down the area where every sick person checks in . Spreading germs is crazy . So if your looking to be seen in a timely matter and treated respectfully and have someone who actually follows health code of spreading germs I wouldn’t com
I would normally give 5 stars because service is fast, waiting room is clean, staff is nice and helpful. However I don’t know if that was the charge nurse or Doctor for the day, he was 3 stars. He was too fast and made it clear he either didn’t want to be there or he didn’t want us to be there. He was literally in our room for less then one minute, walked in the door, stood at the door and then left. Last doctor I had the privilege to have help and didn’t have anything to test problem with because he had to send it out but still came in sat down and listened and explained before prescribing medication, he was in our room 10 minutes maybe less, he was 5 stars. Sorry I didn’t get names because I at least would’ve like to acknowledge the five star doctor and avoid the other.
I’ll give a 3 because the MA and NP were amazing and efficient. The receptionist was very kind at first. I had a copay and explained I only had Apple Cash and needed use tap. He said the tap has not been working but we went ahead and tried. Mind you my copay was $19. The tap did not work. He then says “we will try to collect on the other computer after your visit” after my visit we tried two more times. It did not work because of their equipment. He says “can you call your spouse or a friend to get your debit card number” I kindly reminded him I only had Apple Cash. His attitude went from kind to rude and ugly very quick. Asked me very rudely “why did you not mention that upfront”. To which I told him I am sorry if he did not hear me but I absolutely was very upfront about how I would be p
