NextCare Urgent Care Tempe

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I checked in with the friendly staff upfront. The MA was also very helpful and kind during the screening process. Everyone was so pleasant, and I was able to get in and out in under an hour (walk-in). My provider, Nicole M., was incredibly caring and attentive to my needs and concerns. She took the time to listen carefully and understand what I was dealing with. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering anyone. She’s definitely one of the best providers I’ve ever had.

I chose NextCare Urgent Care because they offered appointments online and I have a busy life, as most people do. I made an appointment over 3hrs in advance for 6pm. But when I arrived prior to 6pm, I was told that there were three people in front of me, including walk ins. So just wanted to give others a heads up that it is completely pointless to make an appointment. You’d be better off walking in. P.S. This is NOT the first time this has happened to me, which is why I decided to write the review.

I have been dealing with a terrible itch keeping me up at night and going on 2 months with little sleep because of it. I've been to MANY doctors with no joy. However, Nicole - The PA (not even a Dr. - just better) discovered what was wrong by spending the time and asking the right questions. She sent me on my way with excellent directions and a couple scripts. She was right. I'm itch free after two month. This place is great. Everyone coming in was seeing the PA very quickly. I was a walk-in and still only had about a 15 minute wait. You can also schedule your appointment online and I would recommend that as you can also then fill out the paperwork. Paperwork is easy to fill out there though, because you scan a QR code and do it on your phone. (You always have the old-school option to do p

I’m out here on holiday and got helped by a phenomenal FNP, Crystal McElroy. Crystal helped me remove a splinter I had gotten really deep in my thigh. She talked me through the entire thing. Calmed me through my lidocaine, was exceptionally kind and respectful the entire time. She tried her best and was able to successfully remove what she could! Front desk were also really sweet, and assistant to physician was nice every time she came in! Overall amazing experience.

I’ve visited this urgent care twice and both times the staff have been friendly and helpful. I appreciate the ease of scheduling an appointment and only having to update any changes to information for subsequent visits. The wait times have varied, but weren’t excessive. I’ll continue to drive to this location for any of our family’s urgent care needs despite the many other options closer to me. Being treated with respect and compassion when feeling unwell make it worth the extra time and distance.
