NextCare Urgent Care Surprise

From checkin to checkout this place was wonderful. I’m so thankful to have seen the PA Jonathan. He showed care, professionalism and was very knowledgeable about asthma protocol. He did a thorough exam and put me on the road to recovery with medication. The rest of the staff was also very kind. I was able to make the appt and fill out paperwork online which also made it so convenient.

The front desk was polite and knowledgeable, masks and hand cleaner right at the front. Clean waiting room, only 2 people in there, comfortable. Tech who took my vitals was nice and polite, prompt, thorough. Didn’t wait long for the PA. She was great. Gave me some options, reconditions. I made an informed decision. I’m feeling so much better 24 hrs later!

Consistently excellent experience. Make appointment online!!! But still realize, it's a "mini er" and that severe cases might go ahead of you. It's a very clean, very professional, very friendly, very organized urgent care. I like that all paperwork and insurance can be done ahead of time, online.

I went to NextCare Urgent Care about 15 minutes before closing and was seen right away. The guy at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming, Cara the doctor was amazing, and the person who took my vitals was just as kind. All three made me feel comfortable and cared for. I really appreciate how quick, kind, and professional they were. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need care again!

My contact and opinion of the entire staff was extremely positive! All three (3) ladies Jessica, Candice, and the PA Toko were very attentive and personable. I was in and out within an hour. That in itself is remarkable. I would highly recommend this facility and staff for any non-emergency healthcare situation.
