NextCare Urgent Care Spring

This establishment is the BEST I have ever been to! Jamie greeted me with smile and was very pleasant when I first walked in. Shayla was So funny and super kind! Fancy gave me a huge hug remembering me and my son from a previous visit. Finally The Provider Natilie was Very knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner! This clinic should be the Poster Child for ALL clinics!!!! I am forever thankful for the love and compassion that They showed me at my appointment yesterday. I will definitely be referring everyone I know that this s the number #1 facility to go to! Thank you all!

The pretty lady at the desk Anita was so helpful in explaining the process. Jaime that gave me the shots and the breathing treatment in the back was a hoot. Very personable. And Miss Lilly the provider got onto me for waiting so long to see a Dr. she genuinely seemed concerned. Overall they got me in quick and the whole process was enjoyable.

Front and back staff was amazing! The girls at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. I was there for a vaccine shot and blood test, and Deshayla. M took great care of me. I didn't feel the shot AT ALL! Despite having a reaction to getting my blood drawn (my fault), Deshayla was quick to react, ease my symptoms, and even checked my blood sugar to make sure I was ok. On top of all that, Deshayla was super fun and friendly. She made me feel comfortable before, during, and after the chaos. Deshayla was made to work in healthcare! I'd go to this office everytime if I lived in the area.

Shayla, honestly not sure if thats the nurses name. Needles make me nervous, but best shot I've ever had bar none! I was in and out quickly, Dr was great, they sent my script in quickly. Great service.

After being turned down by other urgent care facilities, I called CareNow, and from the very first moment I spoke with them to ask if they could see me with out-of-state insurance, I was helped by Anita in such a kind and professional manner. When I arrived, another female employee greeted me warmly, asked all the necessary questions, and registered me in the system to begin the paperwork (amazing online registration, by the way). I was then called by the nurse, who also treated me with kindness and professionalism. After receiving my lab results, Dr. Ibarra patiently asked all the pertinent questions, clearly explained the treatment plan, and sent my prescription to a pharmacy that was convenient for me.
