NextCare Urgent Care Nogales

I was very happy with my visit yesterday. The staff was were wonderful and professional and the Doctor was amazing. He listened to my concerns and was so wonderful in finding solutions. If he had his own private practice, I'd be going to him in a heartbeat. You can't go wrong at Urgent Care in Nogales.

Dr. Hacker is phenomenal. Issues that my regular doctor (not anymore) at Mariposa Community Health — and even Holy Cross Hospital’s ER — dismissed were finally taken seriously. Dr. Hacker found the root cause and got everything squared away and I am all better now. Getting incorrectly diagnosed is awful, but thankfully he cleared it all up. Great care and a great facility!!!

Woke up with shortness of breath and wizzing. I was able to get seen in less than 30mins. All the staff was amazing and caring. Dr. Hacker was just AMAZING!!! Beyond professional, caring and amazing attitude towards patients feelings! I felt that I was in the best hands and his treatments was fast and on point. Thank you!

Excellent workers they were very polite and everybody worked rather quickly and efficiently efficiently as a key and I just liked it and I don’t like doctors. I don’t like doctors offices. I don’t like doctors visits but this was a pleasant visit so yes, I would recommend it 100,000,000% good job and I will go back the next time. I’m not feeling well and that says a lot coming for me cause I don’t do doctors so yes awesome excellent great work, etc. etc. etc. have a great day. Stay blessed stay safe and warm. Stay hydrated. Remember to remember this is our moment in time drink water be kind and hold the door for people be nice. Let’s bring back humanity.

Everyone was friendly, kind and carried smiles; front desk and MA were helpful; the provider (Richard Hackers) was professional, personable and friendly; he listened to me intently and explained his assessment of my condition and his opinion as to what I can expect as an outcome; they were a REAL positive TEAM!
