Holy Cross Hospital

On Feb 11, 2026 came into the hospital with my 3yr old. He tested positive with Flu, Dr. Pratt was the one who attended us and I have to say, it was a very nice experience, he was understanding, caring and not rushed. He talked to me explained very well and I have to say he is awesome. Couldn't have left more happy, since he treated us so well and with patience.

I had an opportunity to visit the Surgery Department of Holy Cross Hospital. I am very impressed with their service. They were very professional and knowledgeable. It is nice to have this type of services available here in our community so that we don’t have to go an hour away to Tucson.

Amazing staff from Doctors to Nurses to all staff members in the medical surgery unit! We were so impressed with the care they gave my father and they do it with so much empathy and respect! Thank you to every one of you.

This review is extremely hard for me to write, but I hope it helps other families and encourages Holy Cross Hospital in Nogales, AZ to reflect on the way they treat patients during emergencies. My niece went to Holy Cross to deliver her baby because her blood pressure was dangerously high. While she was in active labor, in pain, and only a few centimeters dilated, she told us that staff repeatedly came into her room asking about payment. She explained that she did not have the money at that moment, yet the conversations continued. It added unnecessary stress to an already frightening situation, and our family watched her become more anxious while trying to focus on her and the baby’s safety. I arrived at the Emergency Room of Holy Cross Hospital on Friday Nov. 14, 2025 with symptoms of UTI and indeed had that confirmed no more than 2 hours after arriving at the location, thank you Dr. Egsieker. I am still in the hospital dealing with other complications but I wanted to enlighten everyone that if you ever had reservations of going to the ER at Carondelet Holy Cross Hospital, DON’T!! My experience from the ER to the main hospital location has been nothing short of EXEMPLARY 👍👍👍!! The ENTIRE staff has been WONDERFUL, COURTEOUS, UNDERSTANDING, I can go on and on but my point is that EVERYONE continues to hold themselves to the highest level of not only CARE but CUSTOMER SERVICE 👍👍!!
