NextCare Urgent Care Flagstaff - N. Humphreys Street

It's an older building and doesn't look like much. But even without any remodel and looking a bit plain, the waiting area - hallways- bathroom and treatment rooms are actually quite spacious! I thought I was treated well and my Cactus spine was identified and removed efficiently. I even got a prescription for some ointment. Only thing lacking was they didn't have any ointment on hand to put underneath the Band-Aid after the procedure. The staff was all good and the woman PA was excellent

Easy to find Urgent Care facility. I experienced a hand lasceration while traveling several hours from home. They squeezed me in between appointments. Jenny is the best, she was sympathetic, personable, and professional. Thank you so much, Jenny!! She quickly and carefully took care of the wound, gave me specific care instructions and I was on my way again!🙂 All the staff was friendly and professional and I was super appreciative. Great emergency experience!

I had to go in for a follow-up and this visit was exponentially better than my initial visit. Amber, the nurse, was so kind and attentive, and Dr. Eric Bellfort was a gem. They both listened and communicated wonderfully, asked great questions, ensured all my concerns were addressed, and that I understood and felt comfortable with their recommendations. I felt so well taken care of and I’m glad I got to see them for my follow-up.

I made a appointment there because I knew my Dr office was closed. It was seamless. The receptionist was very professional and courteous and so was the medical staff. Very happy with the facility.

I completed the paperwork online prior to the appointment. Once in the exam room. I was again asked the same questions. I was told that the program doesn't transfer the information. Useless and repetitive. The provider did not introduce herself when she entered the exam room. I saw her name tag. She wore a facemask for part of the visit. No visible illness noted. She touched my wrist in one place even though I stated the pain was from my hand to my shoulder. She did not return to discuss her decision. The assistant was tasked to give me the referral to radiology. I was informed during the visit with the provider that no radiology service is available on weekends. I would like to have known that prior to the visit or even a notice upon checking in. Instead I was told to go to either of 2 lo
