NextCare Urgent Care Estrella Goodyear

NextCare in Estrella - made online appointment and completed paperwork online. Check-in was quick and smooth with no problems. Medical staff was efficient and care was very good. Would be a 5-star except that online and in person (3 different times) I indicated my preferred pharmacy. The prescription shown to me before leaving stated a different pharmacy. When I asked, I was told it would be changed back to mine. It was not. I picked my medicine up at the non-preferred pharmacy. Otherwise a very positive visit.

I had a great experience at my local urgent care, the initial wait was not very long at all. They got me right in. The girl that took my vitals and notated what was wrong was very thorough, confident and good at her job. She communicated what the action plan was for my visit and I was very professional. Dr. Rachel was very informative and broke down that heavy doctor talk into something more relatable that I could understand, she took her time and was professional and an effective communicator.

I had a really great experience at the location in Estrella Mountain Ranch. The staff was excellent and very knowledgeable. I am in a wheelchair and it was accessible. The staff really seemed to care about my situation. I really appreciate them for their professionalism, kindness, and caring. For the time I enter the door. I felt safe and the staff assisted me every step of the way. Hoping for speedy recovery.

I woke up with an issue, so I went online and was able to schedule an appointment. When I got to the facility I was able to check-in on my phone. The whole process was went smoothly. The staff was kind and attentive. The provider was excellent. I highly recommend Next Care. I’m happy they are located so close to my home.

I booked my appointment online with NextCare Urent Care, which was very convenient and easy to use. I checked in on time at 10:52 AM for my 11:12 AM appointment. I was called back about 25 minutes later by the triage nurse, had my vitals taken, completed a couple of tests, and was placed in an exam room. After waiting another 20 minutes, I still hadn’t seen a provider. The doctor eventually arrived about an hour after my scheduled appointment time, and I left at 12:52 PM, nearly two hours after my appointment. I want to be clear that this review is not a reflection of the staff. The front desk, nurses, and doctor were all kind, professional, and informative. My concern is strictly with wait times and scheduling. While waiting, a walk-in patient arrived and was offered a later appointmen
