Amazing! This was my first visit with Estrella Falls Dentistry and team. The waiting area was very comfortable, they got me in on time (right after lunch) and I had the most thorough initial visit that I have probably ever had. At least in the last decade or so. My hygienist was amazing and explained everything as she was taking x-rays and cleaning my teeth. Dr. Jay came in, very friendly and also went over thoroughly what the game plan would be for me. I was so impressed but more than that, I was comfortable. I have had such horrible dentist experiences here in the Phoenix area, so this was great. Also they made accommodations to make sure I was comfortable. I’m so glad that I found them!!

Scheduling my appointment was smooth and easy. The staff member I spoke with on the phone was very kind and made the process effortless. Hygienist Roberto was excellent! He was informative, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable asking questions. He took the time to ensure I understood everything and that I was at ease throughout the visit. Dr. Mai also helped ease my anxiety by thoroughly answering all of my questions, both big and small, without ever making me feel rushed. This office truly made me realize what I had been missing at previous dental practices. Here, I felt genuinely cared for as a patient, unlike past experiences where I felt rushed in and out, even when I had concerns. I definitely recommend Estrella Falls Dentistry!

My experience is always amazing! Dr Jay and his staff are always friendly, helpful and supportive of me in every aspect of my care. They always get me right in when I have a dental emergency. Estrella Falls Dentistry came very highly recommended and they did not disappoint! From my first conversation with Charlie who was more than helpful and friendly and LeAnn who made me feel very welcomed and comfortable, to Emily who performed one of the best cleanings I've ever received all while explaining how I could get the best outcome with my dental hygiene to Laura who soothed and calmed me during the hardest part of the procedure, getting shot! Dr Jay was outstanding! He clearly knows what he's doing and made the long process of filling a cavity and replacing two crowns seem much less daunting. Overall, and excellent experience!

Friendly staff, thorough check-up that caught everything, easy follow-up scheduling, and their insurance team got my treatments fully covered—no cost to me. Top-notch and Professional, caring team and a skilled dentist - Dr. Jay Suaverdez, DDS was great and took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Highly recommend!
