BackFit Health + Spine

My visit to Backfill Health and Spine was awesome. It was a great deal, making the appointment was easy, they sent me reminders, the ladies at the front desk were all smiles and super friendly, and my chiropractor/team was great. They were knowledgeable, informative, did x-rays, explained everything to me, and gave me a nice adjustment. I was also surprised by how many services they offered. I highly recommend giving them a try. Thank you 🙏

Backfit used my medical insurance to treat me but when they found out that I got an attorney involved they wanted to go through the attorney to bill them. I refused and they said they can't go through my insurance now. The reason is, they would get more money fron the attorney than the insurance company........putting money over treatment! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BACKFIT!!!!!! MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN TREATING A PATIENT! BBB will be contacted as well.......

I had a great first experience here. They were running a good offer for a first time visit that included x rays and a thorough consultation with the doctor. Everyone was also friendly so there’s really nothing more I could’ve asked for. 5 stars for sure.

Beware of this place! My husband went and had a card on file and they wouldn’t charge it. He went through his insurance so he knew he had a co-pay and told the receptionist that he would like to charge the card on file. Two years later we received bill after bill in the mail saying money was owed. They are known to do this. There’s a former BackFit employee at my new chiropractor and said that they left because they felt they weren’t being ethical when it came to charging patients. It’s all great until the bills come rolling in because they refuse to charge your card. Stay far away from this place!
