NextCare Urgent Care Derby

I always have had a great experience when I need to come in. The lady I saw got me in and out super quickly and was super sweet. The only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars is because the room they take you to for your vitals and history is right off the lobby and is not soundproof. I could hear everything being discussed by the nurse and the two patients who went through before me. I feel like they should consider getting a white noise machine to place outside the door so people in the lobby don’t overhear private medical conversations.

Service was good and prompt. Wonderful NP! Very nice and pleasant. Efficient service! Not pushy and just all around someone’s would be happy to see regularly for my urgent medical needs. I typically go to the urgent care at my doctors office but this is closer and because of the service I received I will likely come back here instead of going all the way to my doctors offices urgent care. Thank you for your help! It’s not always something you expect from staff on the day before Christmas but I was pleasantly surprised with the level of care and service! The NP was very thorough and she was fast!

Very fast, efficient and lovely staff! The nurse in charge of my care was stellar. She treated me with upmost care and professionalism, no judgment was rendered on her side; treated my finger for pain and sent my antibiotics immediately before leaving. I wish I remembered her name so I could give her a mention! Visited Friday, Jan 16th in the evening :)

The wait on this Sunday morning was brief. Registration was online with my iPhone, so that was super helpful! The nurse, staff, and PA were all wonderful. Got me in quick, a prescription sent inC and on my way! Note for next time: check in online ahead of time!!

Front desk doesn't provide much info. Doctor was friendly and informative. Clean facility. Make sure you have a phone as they dont tell you when u call that u can schedule an appt and check in with your phone. We had 4 people ahead of us and it took 2.5 hours. But we finally got service. Need more communication from staff. Also there machines weren't working so make sure you have a phone to do your paperwork online.
