NextCare Urgent Care Apache Junction

The personnel were nice and friendly. The knowledgeability however is another thing. The PA that treated me was courteous, however was not very knowledgeable about the Banner ER facility that she referred me to. I was told to go there and get an MRI of my right hip "ASAP". She said it was URGENT and she was going to call them and let them know I was on my way and why. OK, we drive over to Banner ER satellite facility and they had no idea who I was, or why I was there. No phone call or info was ever forwarded to them. Banner signed me in and took great care of me. (Even though they could not do an MRI). They did do an x-ray. Banner sent my info to my PCP and he was up to speed on my treatment when I visited him this morning. Urgent Care never even gave me any discharge papers or

The worst urgent care setvice I ever received! Scheduled an appointment at 1130am. Arrived at 1120am. Was seen at 120pm. I asked desk how long the wait was going to be? I was told " I dont know" And she sat down as not to help. Then I asked if she was the Dr that was going to be helping my daughter. She stated " IM NOT A DR. IM A NP. maybe somebody can have your NP take a personality class and if she dont like her job maybe she can move on. She was upset overwhelmed maybe I dont know and dont care. My goal was to get service i paid for keep your personal problems at home NP at apache junction next care. Only one working on 3/3/2026.

I loved every part of this visit except one thing. The front desk was very nice & a smile on her face. The intake nurse was super friendly and listened to what I was telling her & the FNP was really friendly and smart. I will go back. The only thing I didn't like was they were playing jazz quite loudly & that really triggers my anxiety. Need a little calmer music.

I’ve been to this Urgent Care location many times & this location is spot on. Every Provider I’ve seen has provided me with the best treatment options. They are very skilled clinicians & always have diagnosed my issues correctly. The Front Office personnel are so compassionate & are willing to help no matter what the issue is. I recommend everyone to download the “NEXTCARE” APP to create an account which will allow you to schedule appointments & complete the paperwork from the comfort of your home or wherever you may be. I have 7 grandchildren & would trust NEXTCARE to treat them!

I went in with severe back pain and wanted to find out if I had a kidney stone. The nurse that took my vitals and a brief history was surly, irritable and rude. She had no idea how to take a medical history. I then saw a PAC who informed me that this “urgent care” facility had no imaging equipment of any kind, not even a x-ray, and all she could do was “guess” about my diagnosis. She offered to send me next door to get an x-ray while telling me I really needed an MRI. She made no effort to refer me for an MRI, however. I got the x-ray but was told I had to wait until next week to get the results. Seriously? I’ll review the “imaging center” in detail elsewhere, but it was filthy and had front office staff who had to be roused from their indifference to take my information. I got no follow
