Heavens Urgent Care

Please double check a patient's insurance before ordering prescriptions to make sure the prescriptions are covered. Other than that, the staff was pleasant and attentive from check in to check out. Dr. Heaven was kind, receptive and action oriented. Most importantly, I felt heard. Overall, the clinic was clean and the service was timely. Thank you!

I have been to the Apache Junction times before and always had been treated good with little wait time and overall a good experience. Couple weeks back I called and asked about wait time. My toe was getting swollen and was hurting. Said there was no wait. They could get me in in ten to fifteen minutes. I get there and there still was no one. Filled out my paperwork and I went to paid with a credit card. When I was informed that not only did I need to pay for the visit. But also the fee that the CC charges them, for using the card. Okay? I pay and had a seat. About an hour later they realized I was still waiting. They call me in to a room, Where I must of been there 45 minutes when I had enough. I was super sick for over 2 weeks. The doctor I saw was very nice and took his time to help me. I needed antibiotics, steroids and cough meds. He really took his time to listen to my concerns. I would definitely go back if needed. Thank you 🙏🏼

The receptionist is has an obvious rapport with people coming in. Nurses & doctor/pa were both efficient and caring. I came in as a walk-in & was seen within 15 minutes. Great care & experience.
