NextCare Urgent Care Alice

I was checked quickly. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean environment. They were not busy when I was there around 9:30 am to 10:30 am. Between those hours. My situation was taken care of and they sent the prescription where We wanted it to go. Second time I have been there. Yes I will go there again if I need NextCare Urgent Care Alice.

Went in this week around 5:30 pm for my daughter, check in process was simple, Linda the receptionist greeted with a smile, Robin the nurse was very helpful and could tell she genuinely cared for my daughter, Dr that was on shift was very knowledgeable. Much better experience than previously when the urgent care first opened. During this time of year with everyone sick, healthcare workers can be exhausted! Be patient with them as well!

The receptionist, the nurse and the nurse practitioner were outstanding very fast. Check-in was seem very fast and my problem was dealt with in a timely manner, easing my pain. Thank you for the wonderful

The waiting time was quick. The diagnosis was quick too. The exam went well & PA explained everything well. Sent my kids meds to pharmacy & we were off home. Thank you urgent care:)

Elizabeth at the front desk was very nice  and helpful despite the chaos of how busy the clinic was! Yvette Lerma was great! Very thorough in explaining my diagnosis and her plan of treatment for me. I will definitely recommend this clinic to family and friends!
