Gwen was very communicative and well organized, Dwayne was great to chat with because he had a great idea about another way to get me what I need saving me both time and money, Melvin did absolutely fantastic work on my equipment and returned it packaged extremely well and went above and beyond supporting the implementation of new equipment. They even decked me out with a personalized phoropter in electric blue which is, quite honestly, my favorite part of the practice. We have ordered multiple instruments from Next Vision. For the first time we had our slit lamp worked on, Scott was amazing. He first tired to help me fix our issue over the phone. When that didn't work we sent in our Slit lamp and he fixed it quickly and went above by deep cleaning the machine and installing missing screws. He was very helpful and recommend Scott with any Slit Lamp maintenance needs.

Opened my office almost 2 years ago and supplied it with all of Dwayne's equipment. Every piece was in great working order. If I had any issues, Dwayne was quick at responding. Great service. Will highly recommend and purchase again.
