Care Resources

I cannot speak highly enough about Care Resources, especially Melissa Kuttas. I met Melissa over a year ago in a somewhat urgent situation to find residential placement for a loved one with very complex needs. She spent many hours researching and visiting several ALFs, in addition to helping to secure private duty caregivers and private physical therapy to ensure he received the best care in the most appropriate environment. Melissa is dependable, responsive and always available to handle any issues that come up. She is kind and extremely patient with my loved one. It is obvious that she loves her job and really cares for her clients. I am so grateful for her and everyone at Care Resources!

I can’t say enough great things about Care Resources and Melissa Kuttas! I have been a client for close to one and a half years. My brother called me one day while I was in the hospital and said I’m sending a lady to talk to you. Answer all her questions! I was a bit taken aback but thought okay. I didn’t think I needed a Care Manager but I thought I would give her a try! Now I don’t know what I would do without Melissa! She has been a godsend to me! She is an incredible resource for anything I need. She goes to my doctor visits with me which is wonderful because who doesn’t need another set of ears? I’m disabled and don’t get out much and she has been invaluable at getting services that I have needed to come to my home. She makes phone calls and has helped me with all aspects of my illnes

Our experience working with Melissa and the team has been wonderful. I live out of town and as my parents age, both dealing with cognitive issues, a regular touch point on the ground has both given me so much peace of mind and been such a help logistically. Melissa has great suggestions on making things easier and safer, and a great way of approaching conversations that make my parents feel comfortable and not defensive. It also allows me to be more of a daughter and less of a case manager, having her take on those duties, which is great for our relationship. I would completely and 1000% recommend Care Resources for anyone in this difficult position!!

This company is wonderful to work with. They are very resourceful and great advocates for our patients. Heidi Elpers has been great on continuity of care for patients transitioning from different levels of care. Recently this year she helped a patient transition from a home setting to an assisted living facility. She coordinated getting items removed from the patient's home, moving items to the assisted living, and coordinated medical care to continue at the assisted living facility. She works to make sure that the patient continues to receive all the services needed to maintain their health and maintain their independence.
