The entire team consistently delivers excellent service, and I always feel safe, heard, and confident in the advice and care I receive. Their sincerity and compassion truly stand out at every visit. A special thank you to Hitomi Saso, who is my favorite NP to see. She does an absolutely amazing job and goes above and beyond to ensure I feel comfortable and well-informed. Her expertise, patience, and caring approach make every appointment a positive experience. I am incredibly grateful for everything she has done for me and cannot thank her enough. The experience was great, and they were available at a time when my regular doctor’s office was closed. I’m grateful for that. However, when symptoms worsened two days later, I was fortunate to get an appointment with my ENT. They found something Next Level had missed and prescribed an additional medication. My condition has already started to improve.

I always recommend my friends and family go to next level urgent care. the wait time & staff is exceptional and Sign in process really easy. The other locations I went to are nice, but I really like the staff here. I would post a picture of my cut, but it is too gross so I'll just say that I feel much better now!!

I arrived 30-45 minute's early to fill out paperwork as I had not been to this healthcare clinic in some time. Paperwork was easy to fill out on my cellphone. The front desk lady was friendly and helpful. As soon as I was done uploading the online information I was almost immediately brought back to a room. Medical assistant was thorough and professional. I was tested for the usual suspects, Covid, strep, flu at no extra charge. Shortly after my provider, I believe her name was Amy, a Nurse Practitioner came to the room and was again thorough and professional and took time to explain hay she thought was causing my symptoms and was caring and decided against a fairly standard treatment because my BP was elevated. She did not want to make it any higher. I appreciate that concern and caring.

EDIT: “Amazing service! The medical assistant Beau was great and so was Avani Menta the PA!!” So I’m updating this review as I was essentially forced into writing a good review so I could leave. The medical assistant Beau was honestly really uncomfortable to be around and made many inappropriate comments leaving me feeling stranded here. He also struggled to draw my blood granted I’m not the easiest patient to get blood from but I was really frustrated that the tourniquet tied on my arm was so tight that that area bruised and he blew the vein in my wrist. Regardless of medical service his bedside manner was extremely uncomfortable as I felt he was trying to make a move on me the whole time. Lastly nothing against Avani Mentha she was great and provided good service. Honestly I haven’t upda
