Next Level Urgent Care | Sugar Land

I recently visited Next Level Urgent Care SL and had an excellent experience with Mr. Zack their PA and the whole team. He was very knowledgeable and clearly explained what I have been going through with my injury. He took the time to listen, did not rush the visit, and made sure I felt heard. The team was professional and supportive throughout the visit.( Britney and the other two girls that I don’t remember their names but they know who they’re) Their combination of clinical knowledge and genuine compassion made a real difference. I really enjoyed the level of comfort and confidence in this clinic. Today was my time day ever getting treatment at this facility. The staff was knowledgeable warm and friendly. The doctor, doctor Washombi..and the nurse Wayna, were top notch.

The Next Level Urgent Care team is professional and friendly. From the front desk team headed by Ms. Eunique to the knowledgable medical and radiology technicians, and of course the personable Dr. Jen Roth, the entire team is efficient. It is easy to make appointments in the app and in less than an hour: the team took my vitals, took x-rays of my wrist, completed a full examination of my injuries. All this occurred on a busy Monday at 5 pm, still giving me time to pick up my son from after care by 6 pm. Conveniently located next to Target, this is the go to urgent care for commuters on the way home from downtown and Sugar Land families who don’t have a lot of spare time during the school year.

I was a walk in patient for an Upper Resp infection. I was greeted with a huge smile and welcome to Next Level. I completed my registration and was immediately seen. When the tech came into the room she introduced her self, put hand sanitizer on her hands and verified all my information. She was very friendly and asked if I had any questions before she took my BP. She explained every step of the exam and made sure I was comfortable. She set the correct expectation of a possible wait time for the PA. She clearly stated he had another patient in front of me. I might of been waiting only a few minutes and she came into the room again to check on me. Outstanding customer service and the PA was great as he explained his findings. I will never go anywhere but Next Level

Yesterday I arrived for my appointment, received a warm greeting, and taken right to my exam room. Chris was my tech and Shurron was my provider. They were both really amazing and got me in and out quickly! This clinic location always takes great care of me and family anytime we need it. I highly recommend using them!
