Next Level Urgent Care | Spring

I took my daughter to Next Level Urgent Care last Monday (February 16, 2026), and we had a great experience. The facility was very clean and welcoming, and the staff was kind and professional from the moment we arrived. They took excellent care of my daughter and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. The prices were also very affordable, which is truly appreciated when it comes to our children’s healthcare. Special thanks to Jessica and Arlet for their outstanding care and kindness. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care, friendly staff, and reasonable prices.

On Friday March 6, 2026 I went to Next Level Urgent Care at 5211 Fm 2920 Spring TX for a laceration on my right elbow, I did not make an appointment, just walked in. The receptionist was great she had my old information from prior visit and sent it to me for checking. Minutes after that I was walked to room #4 by the medical assistant named Ulyssia, she took my vitals and cleaned my wound in preparation for the Dr to check me out, she was so good and gentle. Dr Angela Wood came in to look at the wound and took care of my wound very nice and efficient, she answered all my questions and I felt that they really care. This is my second visit there and in the future if needed I will return. Great service!

The nurse and doctors were a lot friendlier than the front desk ladies. Felt as though they were treating me like I was stupid? But once I made it to the exam room, i was pleasantly greeted and smiled at finally. The Medical Assistant Arly was the first to change my perspective. Then the Dr Vanessa came and she was absolutely worth 5 stars. Thank you Arly and Vanessa

I hadn't been feeling well lately and today I decided to go to have myself checked. A family member recommended Next Level Urgent Care Spring. I called for an appointment to ensure I could get in today. I received an appointment and went in and was well received from the receptionist, aide, assistant to the practitioner. My wait was short from the time I checked in and in between the different test I had and seeing the practitioner. Everything was explained to me in a manner that was easy to understand and I was given the choices I was comfortable with. In other words my choices were respected. I appreciate the great care I received today and would recommend Next Level Urgent Care Spring.

My little one was seen today by Jamale and Jennifer. They made the experience fast and easy! Jamale was awesome in getting the swab tests done quickly. My little one did not even blink let alone fidget! Jennifer was super friendly and efficient. Answered all question and had us on our way in no time! The entire team at Next Level is phenomenal from start to finish. We’ve been to this location a few times now. We always leave satisfied and at ease!
