Next Level Urgent Care | Humble

I had an excellent experience at Next Level Urgent Care in Humble when I came in for a respiratory infection. From start to finish, the entire staff was professional, efficient, and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and everyone I interacted with made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I especially want to recognize the nurse practitioner who treated me ( Adeisha Sawyer) she was absolutely outstanding. As a Black woman being seen by a Black nurse practitioner, the experience meant even more to me. This is exactly why representation in healthcare matters. She made me feel heard, understood, and respected. Her medical knowledge was impressive, and she took the time to clearly explain my condition and treatment plan. I had a great experience at Next Level Urgent Care when I went in for a locked knee. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. I was seen quickly, and the provider took the time to really listen to my concerns and explain what might be causing the issue. They were thorough in their evaluation and made sure I understood the treatment plan before I left. I appreciated how patient and attentive everyone was—it made a stressful and painful situation much easier to handle. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would definitely recommend Next Level Urgent Care to anyone needing prompt and compassionate medical attention.

I had a great experience from the time I walked in the door. Everyone from the receptionist , the nurse and the doctor were very helpful, professional, patient and kind. I am thankful for the staff that took care of me because I had been sick, and in pain for 6 days and needed some relief. I am feeling much better now that I have been properly diagnosed and treated.

My visit was great once I was seen. As a walk in, I had to wait about 2 hours to be seen. Dr Cristina has great bedside manner. She was very nice and thorough. Tanika was very nice as well. My long wait was the only negative part. This may not be an everyday occurrence, just my experience.

Got an appointment fast, was minimum wait time after We arrived and filled out paperwork. The attending physician did great with my son. She was calm and patient and made sure all our questions were answered
