Amazing urgent care center. I am so glad they extended their operation hours. Technician and providers are so good and empathetic when you are not having a good time. Just was diagnosed flu and COVID, hope to feel better soon

I stopped in to Next Level Urgent Care and the staff was very professional and courteous. The MA, Veronica was very nice and pleasant. She was informative and communicated well and made me feel relaxed. The NP, Lydia was great as well. I really appreciate the care given and assisting me with my medical issue. Thank you!!

The ladies at this urgent care made my unfortunate visit great! I had a bad fall while running and needed to get checked out and some x rays. From the moment I called to get an appointment the lady was so kind and efficient. When I walked in I was greeted by such a sweet gal at the front desk. She was so kind and caring of everyone who entered. I was checked in and given x rays, bandaged up and given good guidance on treatment. They even gave me extra bandages to take with me. I would 100% recommend this Next Level Urgent Care to any of my loved ones. Thank you for all your care and kindness! You are all great at what you do and I especially am grateful! ❤️

Each time I've visited this facility ive been greeted right away by friendly staff. Ive had 0 to very little wait time to be seen. Staff there are really good with answering questions about whats happening & with treatment & prescriptions. Feel better instantly knowing I'm in good hands.

We walked in without an appointment and the front desk was more than helpful is guiding us with the best way to get signed in. We saw a nurse practitioner who wish we could make our regular dr. She was really amazingly great. Made us feel important and was concerned and gave us the best care. Even after leaving the room came back to be sure we were well taken care of. I wish it was in network but it was totally worth it!!
