Next Level Urgent Care | Copperfield

My first time at this location. 10/10 recommend. Dr Hollins was so thorough. Great evidence based recommendations instead of just throwing lots of meds my way. I felt like I was more than just a copay/revenue and that my health truly mattered. Skye up front was pleasant while Jordan and Sentie were gentle with testing and vitals. Respiratory season can be rough. Thankful for NLUC when I can’t get to my PCP. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes by the way!

Had a great experience at this urgent care clinic. I brought my grandma after she fell, and she had a serious skin tear that required 10 stitches. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The medical assistants, Jakeera and Beau, were absolutely amazing. They were extremely friendly, patient, and caring, and they even made us laugh during a stressful moment. Their kindness truly made a difference for both my grandma and me. The provider was professional, efficient, and did a great job taking care of my grandma. We were seen quickly, everything was explained clearly, and the overall care was excellent. I would definitely recommend this clinic. Five stars.

I had gone to Next Level Urgent Care/Cooperfield for a back issue. From the walk in the door, Lady at the front desk was nice and professional. She offer assistance with filling out the forms, to offering assistance to the back office. Once in the back, the MA came in with a smile wider than the door. She was so nice and excited to help me. I was then seen by the NP, who was just as welcoming and professional. They took really good care of me. I was in and out. The staff at Copperfield were professional and provided good customer service overall. However, the facility’s cleanliness was disappointing and fell short of sanitary standards. During my 2-year-old son’s urinary test visit, the restroom we were directed to use was extremely dirty. The toilet appeared to have dry blood on it, which was very concerning and unhygienic—especially for a pediatric setting. We left the restroom feeling really disgusted. After we were assigned a room, we noticed 3 earring left on the couch. When the nurse came in to see us, he was also surprised to see it there and immediately arranged for us to be moved to another room. Brought my 4-year-old son after an injury. We were seen quickly, the staff was pleasant and helpful, and we were out the door within an hour. Much better experience than other urgent care clinics.
