We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Next Level Orthodontics! Dr. Smith is truly amazing — he takes the time to explain everything and genuinely cares about his patients. My son just started his orthodontic treatment, and we couldn’t be happier that we chose Dr. Smith and his team for this journey. The office is welcoming, professional, and makes every visit enjoyable. And Winston, their sweet office dog, is such a special bonus! My son actually looks forward to his appointments because he gets to see Winston each time. Highly recommend Next Level to anyone looking for quality care in a warm, friendly environment!

Spent 3 years going here, braces, cleanings and more. BEST TEAM EVER!!! The one star review I just read below was literally because she didn’t get an EXTRA upgraded retainer for free?? YOU GET A FREE SET OF RETAINERS! Don’t blast a business just because you don’t get something for free. That’s crazy 😑 You pay for experience, service, time, tools.. I’ve had nothing but the best service here over a very long period. Grateful for this team! And very happy with the results. Small business is tough, even more so the last couple years. Show a little compassion and grace. If something happens that you don’t agree with, ask to talk with someone & give them a chance. Next Level Orthodontics was a great experience from beginning to end. You’re immediately greeted when you enter, the women at the desk and the entire staff are incredibly nice. I was so nervous to have my consultation but the environment alone made me feel much at ease. You’re also greeted by the cutest golden doodle, who is very friendly to all. Gabby, the lead consultant, is SO nice and honest about your plan of care regarding finances. Most importantly, Dr. Smith is down to earth, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about your treatment options. I’m so happy I came here and I’m very excited for my future visits.

I was shopping around for an Invisalign provider / place to get my routine cleanings at & can confidently say I made the best choice. The prices are competitive & my overall experience was amazing! - Gaby is exceptional at her job! Great at explaining things, & will make sure all your concerns are addressed. Give her a raise! - Dr. Smith was super professional & a great listener more than anything .. I really wish I could give this place zero stars. I had braces as a child and my two other daughters as well. So we are not new to this. My daughter is about to get her braces off and we were sent with the coordinator in the back office who by the way is rude and I almost told her off. I was told that I have to pay extra for a permanent bottom retainer . It’s a piece of wire . I have never heard of this . I am so mad about this and if I knew this was going to happen we would have never chose this office . I do not recommend this place for your braces . I am born and raised from New Braunfels and the other two popular orthodontics here in New Braunfels I had no problems with .
