Went to this facility for a physical exam for an eye surgery. Arrived at 2:00- didn't get seen until 6:00 pm . The Doctor was very pleasant she did the check it took 5 minutes The other staff were unprofessional. They talked among themselves me and other waited while to people just coming in. On top of that there was a middle age blond female who was very crude. They can say these other people who came in were sick which they might have been. I would have gone to my own physician had he not been out of town. Given all the above I would not ever use this facility. Also the nurse was very pleasant. I felt worse when I left then when I came in.

Not a fan of how this practice operates. We will not be returning here and will be advising anyone we know to not use this practice. * review edited after doctor called and threatened to"press charges". This place is a joke*

On my last visit, my medication was sent to the wrong pharmacy even though I told them three times that I had changed pharmacies. I also just received a bill because even though I gave them my new insurance information, they failed to update it and so my old insurance company was contacted. I really do like my doctor though, and that is why I keep coming back. It’s not her responsibility to do the paperwork involved with running a physician’s office.

Got sent to the er for 10 hours because this place messed up doing an EKG test. The nurse told me it was a new machine and was having a ton of issues getting the test going. They told me I couldn't drive due to possible atrial fibrillation which just seemed odd cause I never went there complaining about chest pains. The doctor and nurses each asked me multiple times if I was having chest pain to which I told them no each time, they still called the ER saying I was having severe chest pain - which again I never even hinted at or said anything about. I have so much more info but I'll be contacting an attorney for malpractice as this place is a complete joke. Go somewhere else for medical assistance for sure. Only reason I went here is because it's right next to where I work, never making thi
