Newtech Dental Laboratories

My experience with Newtech Dental Labs was very good. Ruben was extremely patient, and his manner was calm and thorough. I needed a front tooth and am very particular. He walked through all my options with a careful and thorough demeanor, and his many years of expertise made me feel very comfortable. When the tooth arrived, I went back for a tiny adjustment which was perfect. The lab techs who made the tooth (Ruben included) were masterful in its creation; it's not easy to match a front tooth's color, shape, angle, etc. Highly recommend.

My experience with entire team at Newtech Dental Laboratories was wonderful—they were professional, patient, and kind. The facility is very clean and nice inside, and they were very accommodating of my desired schedule times. And most important of all—they make a great product. My initial crown was a great start, and Ruben took ample time to adjust the shape and shade until it was perfect. He has an incredible amount of experience, and cared just as much as I did about my crown, which is special. 10/10 recommend

Sometimes good, sometimes not so good, rarely great. Lack of QC before cases leave the lab equates to inconsistent results. Cases often need to be adjusted or modified after inspecting them on the master casts alone! Ideal preps and impressions should yield ideal restorations with little to no need for adjustments and almost no need to send cases back to be modified or remade, which has NOT been my experience over the past few years. As a user of their services for well over a decade, I will soon be looking for a new lab.

Used this lab for my veneers and they were horrible. The teeth were not even and way too long. My dentist had to shave them down but they still look horrible because they were not meant to be shaved down. My file even had a note that I wanted them to look as natural as possible and they came back looking like huge chicklets.

I went to Newtech Dental Laboratories Smile Creations for color matching because I was getting a crown on one my front teeth. It was so important to get the color, texture and shape just right given how visible this tooth is. Ruben spent a lot of time working with me and making sure that the color was an excellent match. I'm grateful for such high quality work
