I am profoundly satisfied with Bruce at Hear USA. He has excellent manners and knowledge regrading the hearing aids. I have had ear exams at two other companies and nothing compares to his thorough exam. He took time to fully hear me out. Bruce is very kind and truly cares about his customers.

I'm writing this review in praise of the technician named Carrie who works at this location. She is a true professional. She is efficient and cheerful and very informative, and what really sold me was when I brought in my 90 year old father in law who has severe memory problems and Carrie was so patient and thorough making sure he understood everything and was completely satisfied with his hearing aid settings. Thank you, ma'am. We need more like you!

My mom was referred to this location after she moved to Texas from Nebraska. The people seem nice,but their customer service is horrible. We always had to wait over 30 minutes AFTER our appointments. Last November they sold her $500 service contract for her hearing aids. She only used it twice before she passed June 19, 2024. I called Six times since her passing to get a refund. NO ONE called back until today. They will not process a refund or a pro rated refund. I would not do business with them every again.

Facilities were in less than acceptable state. The office was in dire need of update, very unprofessional office. The audiologist was very nice and took her time with me. In the end I ordered hearing aids but honestly feel like I’d left a used car sales lot. I would recommend the representative but not the facilities. Needs to be updated now

Dr.Peter has turned my hearing around. She gave me good advice and offered me a plan that is affordable. ZERO interest for FOUR years at a reasonable price. I trust her and know I’m in good ears with Dr. Peter!
