First time being seen. Excellent service. Very patient and thorough. I'm a new customer now and the follow ups and services covered are phenomenal! Answered all of my questions and concerns and explained what I will experience while I'm getting used to hearing aids. Highly recommend.
Always a great experience. They treat the patient, not the condition. Never try to take advantage of you with expensive equipment. Appreciate how genuine they are and take the time with you that you need.
The staff are great to work with solving issues or just a maintenance appointment. I like being able to being able to walk in if I have any problems.
This group is wonderful. I got more than I anticipated as far as service, and professionalism. I highly recommend them to all.
Always on time, always courteous, always helpful. Plus they have a great coffee station!
