Fantastic care. Excellent service. They are quick to respond to questions overt the phone without making you feel rushed. Once in the office, we were given immediate care on entry. Extremely nice and knowledgeable staff.

I went here a couple of weeks ago and it was a pleasant experience, given my circumstances. It was on a Thursday evening around 11pm and I was the only person there needing to be seen. I was immediately taken to the back and seen by a doctor within a couple of minutes. The entire staff was courteous and attentive. I received stitches and went back the following week to have them removed; I had the same experience. The atmosphere is like no other emergency room I've ever visited. Dr. Woods and Dr. Kite were amazing. The nurses were great as well. I would highly recommend going here if you're needing to go to the ER.

I can honestly say this was by far the best ER experience Ive ever had. I found their business online. They were in-network with my insurance and checked me in fairly quickly. The nurse recognized immediately how much pain I was in and initiated my care right away. The Dr had wonderful bedside manners and exhibited a genuine sense of concern. I cannot say enough about this place. I am acutely aware of the many choices people have when it comes to emergency rooms but as one who's visited most, Texas Emergency Care stands out. After treatment, they follow up in a few days with a phone call to make sure all your needs were met and invites any suggestions you may have to better improve your care. I appreciated that so much. Thank you TX ER, I will highly recommend you to any one who asks.

The staff was exceptional; professional, caring, efficient, and really invested in making my experience all that it could and should be, There was no wait, and they are open 1 hour longer than other facilities in my area. I was surprised at the full range of services they can provide. This is by far the best experience I have ever had at a neighborhood urgent care clinic. I highly recommend them.

I brought my daughter in for a head injury the day after Thanksgiving. She got knocked over by a bicycle in the park and her head was bleeding. Pretty traumatic situation but I was so pleased at the service and how it changed what was a horrible day into a pretty good one. We were in and out so quickly and my daughter walked out smiling even after a couple of staples in her head by a wonderful doctor. Dr Kite and nurse Vicki and all the other staff from radiology to front desk were very kind and efficient. Texas Emergency Care Center was also in network with my insurance company which was awesome. Beautiful, clean facility. Highly recommended!
