many thanks to medical staff, front reception, and Dr. Ost. I have been treating with Dr. Ost for over 4 years. She is the best I have ever had. Dr. Ost ways explains eaach procedure with patience and compassion. The staff is wonderful and treats with respect and they make you feel like family. They are alwasy on time, friendly an the quality of care is consistently excellent. I cant recmomment them enough!!! love this place....thank you for the services the team provides....Maria Menendez-Rivera..

If i could give this place negative stars i would. First time, had to get a tooth removed waited for over an hr, stood because it was an emergency. The doctor then refused to prescribe me antibiotics and wanted my ob to do it because i was also pregnant. Then i had an appointment another time to get a teeth cleaning. They had me wait almost an hr, so I left without being seen. Never coming back here again.

I'm very surprised by the other reviews. I've been there 5 times. They do a very good job and take time to explain you what you need. They can be a little late, but I never had to wait more than an hour which, sadly, is usual for dentists.

If you want to wait minimum 1 hour or more then sure. Go right ahead. I waited 1 hour to go in to the treating area. Dr. Injected anesthesia to treat my cavity. Waited another 45 mins but she didn't come back. She was taking care of her friend/family member who showed up without an appointment. Very unprofessional. I waited another 15 mins and left.

I would give this dentist 0 stars if possible. I have gone twice and have had to wait over an hour past the time of my appointment for the dentist to come in, only for her to do a 10 minute cleaning that feels less than adequate. The first time it happened, I figured I just came on a bad day. But it has happened both times I’ve come in. The staff do not communicate with you about the estimated time and do not apologize or even acknowledge the excessive wait.
