Newnan Family Medicine Dr. Cecil Bennett

My mother went here for her yearly bloodwork and let me say it has not been easy or a professional experience. Time set to go over results were not met by the office, several inquires for results have been ignored. I do not think we will go back to this unprofessional office again.

TERRIBLE OFFICE. They NEVER answer the phone at the office. I have left numerous messages, but they never get back to me. Even my specialist doctor tried calling them numerous times to get a referral, and they NEVER answered the phone or called back. On the rare occasion they do answer, a receptionist will quickly say "Please hold" and then just disappear. I waited for over 30 minutes once before just hanging up. I do NOT recommend them. I went and found a different doctor's office.

I was searching for a doctor for my mother whom I am caring for and I found Dr. Bennett. If you want a doctor who listens, doesn’t rush, has bedside manners, then he is the doctor for you. The staff is also very friendly and they are thorough when we go for check ups. They do testing for many things due to her age which I love. My mother feels comfortable with this doctor. Dr. Bennett deserves all 5 stars.

I was greeted promptly & taken to an exam room to go over my history & current medications. Dr Bennett followed up on a recent scan I had & answered all my questions in language I could understand. Mildred took my blood & I was in & out in less than :30 minutes.
