Nasty customer service, very rude and unprofessional, pharmacists as well , they just ignore you 🤦‍♂️, the owner of this place needs to wake up !!! Save your time , DONT GO HERE

The employees at this pharmacy are extremely rude. They will not acknowledge your presence and they are very short and impolite with guests. They also act as if you are a burden. Just horrible customer service. Do not come here!

Let me start by saying DO NOT EVER GO FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. First, they ALWAYS forget to give a medicine , next they ALWAYS talk as if they’re going to fall asleep and the arab lady acts like she knows it all. After THIS SHORT MAN WITH LONG BEARD AS PERSONAL QUESTIONS WHICH HE SHOULD BE SOING HIS JOB AND NOT TALKING TO OTHERS. After If they forget a medicine , THEY NEVER LET YOU KNOW or if they don’t have a medicine. Lastly, THEY TAKE AT LEAST FIVE HOURA TO GET TO PRESCRIPTION READY. IN GENERAL PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO THERE AND SAVE YOUR TIME!

Worst pharmacy in Brookyn. The pharmacist ( the Pakistani / Arabic lady ) very rude. My orderly mom take medicine from them; they provide her unnecessary and extra medicine every month ; which the doctor prescribed her long before and she she does not need now; but they will give it her and claim insurance. Which is unjustified and wrongdoing. They took the advantage of my mom that she can’t speak good English. Not helpful at all!!
