Erin, the Durable Medical Equipment Manager @ Newhard’s Pharmacy, Northampton, PA was absolutely phenomenal! She was able to process my knee scooter for an upcoming surgery in record time! Moreover, Erin was pleasant, knowledgeable, and called back when she said she was going to. She knew the product, insurance issues, has great customer service & I’m lucky to have had her as my DME Representative. Thank you so much! I will be back to the pharmacy for my other needs. 😊

I brought my mother in today to pick out a rollator. Erin assisted her and all I have to say is that she was magic. Erin knelt down to be at eye level with her and gave her positive feedback when she walked with the rollator. Erin even adjusted her cane which was way too low. Love the fact that I'm a person and not just a number. They care about their clients. My grandkids love the 'candy' selection. There is a nice gift selection also. The only negative is the hours. Especially when prescription dates fall on a Sunday.

They have the best items for gift giving. The product you pick to give will be original and perfect. They have something for everyone. The service is quick and friendly also
