Walked in at 5:45pm to buy a frame for my lenses and was told we’re closed when clearly on their website, and door it’s says 6:00pm. “I’m sorry the Dr. already left.” So I need a Dr. to buy a frame? Lol A FRAME. “We don’t carry it” lol just to get me out of there. Horrible staff. 110% horrible. Especially the office manager

I have been using Dr Sharkey for over a decade. The office staff is friendly, everyone who works with the doctors is professional, and Dr. Sharkey always listens to me and is interested in what i have to say. i would recommend them to anyone looking for a relatively small office with up to date equipment and personal service,

I have been going to this optometrist for years and have been very happy with them until last week. Last week I picked up a pair of contacts they had ordered for me. One of the lenses was irritating my eye, causing redness and tearing. To be clear, I am not blaming the office for this issue. Since I was having this problem I called to see what could be done since the lense was unwearable. Sue got on the phone and I explained the issue. She told me I could bring the lense back in and they would see what they could do. I mentioned that my prescription had changed and was now the same in both eyes so I was unsure what lot the lense had come from, which was unfortunate. I was a patient for many years. I neglected making appointments when I had lasik surgery which corrected my vision. When reading glasses became a necessity, I wanted to have glasses I could wear all the time for work reasons. I went to another establishment (chain) due to insurance purposes. I was unhappy with the exam and follow up. I just went back to using store bought reading glasses. I should have gone back to Angello Sharkey & Kokosky's office originally. They did a thorough exam, answered all my questions and suggested options. I believe my displeasure with the other exam and service was because of my expectations due to previous experience with Angello Sharkey & Kokosky.

Best eye doctors. I have a severe astigmatism. Left eye was alway blurry. Dr. Sharkey took so much time and care- with me. She fitted both eyes for “hard” (gas perm.) lensesAnd made my world clear. Forever grateful. Thank you guys!!!
