We love the Newborn Center! All the nurses we have seen have been very helpful. I am a first time mom and I always come in with a ton of questions and they answer every single one without making me feel like I'm crazy. I especially want to shout out my lactation consultant (L'Oréal) she is the BEST! She has made my breastfeeding experience wonderful! She treats you like family and not just like a patient. My babe would not take a bottle. I literally came in with at least 7 different kinds and she got my girl to take one! I was really stressed out because I will be returning to work soon and have to put her in daycare. The ladies at the front desk are also so, so kind! I highly recommend taking your little one here!

My initial thoughts of this place were great. They have drinks and snacks in the lobby, breastfeeding supplies to buy then and there if you need them, and warm blankets to wrap your baby in after being weighed. However, my breastfeeding experience wasn’t going well. I suspected my baby had a lip tie and brought that up to the nurse practitioner. She said he had a “thick” one, but would likely fall on his face and break it as a toddler. The lactation consultant never looked for one or mentioned that could be causing our issues. I had terrible pain breastfeeding without a nipple shield, and just thought that this is how it would be. I can't give this place enough stars. They seriously deserve 100!!! I came here with my newborn back in January because of some supply and nursing issues. They helped me start my breastfeeding journey, and I went back every week for a bit to ensure I was getting all the help I needed. They also gave little man a very thorough exam each time too, which I LOVE. We were both treated as a team, and they wanted to make sure both of us were doing well. We "graduated" from them and didn't go back for a bit. But when I began having some trouble with supply again and little man was fussier than usual, they saw me immediately and Sarah spent TWO HOURS talking with me and really getting the full picture. Not only did they look at the baby, but also checked me out and really took the time to listen.

Helped me so much with issues with latching and then fixing my problem with overproducing. The whole office is amazing, from the front desk to the lactation consultant( Sarah was just wonderful) and the doctors who always came and checked my little one out at the end of each session. This office was a lifesaver and I don't know if I could gave stuck with breastfeeding without them.

We came here for my baby’s newborn follow-up visit. I’m really bad with remembering names however the lactation consultant we saw (I think I remember her name being Andrea maybe) was soo helpful, a lot more helpful than the one we saw at the hospital, she was so patient with us and feeding baby. Wrote me up a little agenda/instructions to help with breastfeeding my newborn. The physician (forgot her name) was so great with our baby answered every question, explained everything in our terms.. (medical terms but explained in terms where we understood what she was talking about) I like most doctors. The nurse/tech was super nice and helpful as well. Really glad we chose this place.
